Is your Gold President bracelet stretched out, worn down, and otherwise not in tip-top shape? The pins in the links could break and fall off your arm. Don't buy a replacement band just yet! Sumpters Jewelry's own Master Jeweler can take that stretched out band and restore it. Your band will be completely taken apart, pins replaced with thicker solid pins, (not hollow ones) rebuild each link and polished to factory condition. You will no longer have stretch or spacing between links. Your band will look new. It costs about 0 per link to rebuild.
These are the steps taken to get your band looking like new:
Measure the band to see how far it is from its original state
Meticulously remove each link
Repair and Rebuild any links that are worn, dented or damaged
The

will be the
SAME
color,
NOT
green like most jewelers
Replace damaged pins with
SOLID
gold pins,
NOT
hollow like most jewelers
Build up the clasp if needed
Reassemble the entire band
Reassemble the clasp
Polish to the original factory state
If you need additional links to make the band longer once the band is tightened there will be an additional charge of 5 each link (or you may supply your own)
If any links are beyond repair we would need to replace them with new ones. We can do an exchange on your links to discount the price
You are responsible for shipping your band to us
Our rebuilding jobs take 4-6 weeks for completion
It is best if you contact me first if you are concerned with extra charges. We would need to see photos of the band and need to know the current length when stretched out, the length when all the links are pushed together, and the length you want when it is complete. If there are any links that badly damaged we will need to see some photos. 8 out of 10 band repairs never exceed our listed price. (not including extra links)
