Nice old German cello.

label. Ca. 1900. LOB 76cm. Very good age-appropriate condition with a few older repairs, no cracks. Wonderfully unique tone: “cave-like” resonance with plenty of power while maintaining a crisp and clean timbre, great balance filled with complex overtones. Good action and easy to play. Akusticus tailpiece. Although pictured with Larsen Magnacore strings, I have equipped a Versum C and G with Larsen Magnacore A and D, which can be seen in the recording. Overall, a great player that is a joy to have on hand.
