This can be set up to spin or use set screws for static use. This is made with high quality durable solid stainless steel, not cheap chrome plated steel. It is designed to screw to the ceiling and floor. The kit includes a 5 inch diameter stainless steel ceiling flange, a floor mount internal iron sleeve with flange and a cast stainless steel cover that hides the reinforcing steel for a attractive, easy to clean, finished installation with integrity that will withstand heavy loads.
