.  This is a full size cello made from select solid woods that will absolutely knock your socks off at how beautiful it is! The photos do not do it justice, as it is unimaginably breathtaking in person. The cello is a very rare limited model, and there were only about 12 of these that were made by an artisan luthier overseas. . It was stored away, and unused, so in addition to its striking beauty, it is absolutely flawless and virtually showroom new but offered here as is without warranty! There are no signs of use anywhere, and it is all set up to play with a custom fitted bridge, quality set of strings, quality bow, and protective hard case. The hard case has much storage room for accessories, and even sheet music. The bow is a quality bow, made from select wood, and genuine top grade horse hair. This cello has a very rare and unusual scroll that is a Marie Antoinette Lady's Head. The details in the exquisitely
CARVED LADY'S HEAD
are magnificent and a work of art! The figural lady's head and hair are painstakingly carved, with amazing detail! The sides and back of the scrolled Lady's Head Pegbox are also ornately carved with a beautiful filigree style design that follows throughout. The tuning pegs are very rare and uniquely carved from what appears to be rosewood. The pegs have a beautiful filigree scroll design, and are sculpted beautifully! The cello also has a rare and unusual beautiful shaped scalloped edge design, that is most beautiful! The edges are done in a shapely sculpted billowing artistry in carved wood. The F-Holes are also unique, and true to the Baroque Era in their custom shape. They make the whole face of the cello even more appealing and interesting! The cello has a highly flamed wood grain on the sides, neck base, and back. The front of the cello has a nice fine lined spruce wood grain. The neck is done with quality in mind too, and is hand rubbed oil varnish. The tailpiece is also exquisitely carved out of rosewood with a unique marbled emblem, and the detail on this entire instrument is museum quality!
